Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on netclearer.eu. The service is provided by SUPER WEBMASTER (Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (French simplified joint-stock company), RCS Paris, SIRET 884 336 397 00010, EU VAT number FR33884336397, registered office: 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France), owner of the NetClearer™ trademark. In these terms, “NetClearer”, “we” and “us” mean SUPER WEBMASTER. “You” and “the client” mean the person or business that places the order.
Before you pay, you accept these terms. You can save or print this page at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date of your payment.
1. Our services
NetClearer helps people and businesses deal with harmful or unwanted content online. Under your written mandate (your signed permission to act for you), we:
- look at the links you send us and tell you which requests can be filed, where and how;
- prepare and file requests at the source (the website, platform, publisher or directory that shows the content) and with search engines (for example a delisting request: Google stops showing a page in the results for your name);
- file these requests under the platforms’ own rules and under your rights, for example your GDPR rights to erasure (Article 17) and to object (Article 21);
- report fake reviews, fake accounts, impersonation and content shared without consent through the platforms’ official channels;
- follow up each request and send you the answer we receive.
Some steps can only be done by you, for example a complaint to a data protection authority, or a step that needs your own electronic ID. For these steps we prepare the documents and explain what to do; you sign and send them yourself.
2. Not a law firm
NetClearer is not a law firm. We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you before a court or an authority. We do not file court cases on your behalf and we do not give legal advice. When a case needs a court, we tell you so and you can contact a lawyer.
3. The platform decides
We have an obligation of means, not an obligation of result. This means that we do the work carefully, but we cannot promise the outcome. The decision to take down, delist or keep content belongs to third parties: platforms, search engines, website owners and publishers. We cannot guarantee that content will be taken down. We cannot control how long a third party takes to decide.
4. Where we work
netclearer.eu serves clients who live in Netherlands, Belgium (Flanders), Spain, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Latvia. We ask your country of residence when you order.
For clients who live in Italy or Portugal, where legal advice is reserved to lawyers, our service is limited to filling in the forms of Google and the platforms and contacting website owners, under your written mandate, to have content delisted and/or removed at the source. We give no legal consultation. When we mention a law, it is general information, not advice on your case.
We do not accept orders from clients who live in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania or Cyprus. In these countries, only lawyers may file such requests for other people for pay. If we receive such an order by mistake, we cancel it and refund it in full.
5. Free assessment, prices and payment
- Before you pay, you can send us your links for a free assessment, with no obligation to order.
- Our prices are published on our pricing page in euros, incl. VAT. The price shown before payment is the total price. There is no deposit and no file fee.
- You pay when you order. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- After payment, you receive a receipt and a confirmation of your order by email.
6. How the contract is made
- You choose a service and click the order button.
- A window opens before the payment page. To continue, you tick a box (never ticked in advance) to ask us to start at once and to confirm that you understand the withdrawal rules in section 9.
- You pay on the Stripe payment page. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed.
- We send you an email that confirms your order, your request to start at once and the withdrawal rules.
7. Start of work and decision times
We open your case on the same day as you order. We start filing as soon as we have what we need: the links to the content, your signed mandate and, where needed, proof that you are the person concerned or may act for them. The time a platform, search engine or website takes to decide is its own. Any time we mention is an estimate of that third party’s review time, not of our work.
8. Plans
One-time services
A one-time service ends once we have filed and followed up the requests it includes.
Monthly and annual plans
- A plan covers the period you pay for (one month or one year). The number of requests included is shown on our pricing page.
- Minimum commitment, as on netclearer.fr: 3 months for a monthly plan (billed each month) and 12 months for an annual plan (billed once a year). The commitment is shown before payment.
- After the commitment, a monthly plan continues month by month and an annual plan year by year. If you are a consumer, we tell you before an annual plan renews, as French law requires (Consumer Code, Article L215-1).
- You can stop a plan by email at any time. It ends at the end of the commitment, or of the period already paid if the commitment is over.
- The right of withdrawal in section 9 applies to the first order of a plan.
9. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day the contract is made to withdraw from it, without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 9; French Consumer Code, Article L221-18).
If you ask us to start at once
- Before payment, you ask us to start work at once, before the end of the 14 days, by ticking the box described in section 6 (French Consumer Code, Article L221-25).
- The service is fully performed once we have filed your request with the platform, website or search engine and informed you. From that moment, you no longer have a right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(a); French Consumer Code, Article L221-28).
- If you withdraw before that moment, we refund you the price minus a proportionate amount for the work already done (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 14(3)). This amount is in proportion to the work done compared with the whole service.
- When an order includes several requests, the rule applies to each request: requests already filed are performed; the price of requests not yet filed is refunded, minus the work already done on them.
How to withdraw
- Use our withdrawal form (Withdraw from contract here), or
- send us a clear statement by email ( ). You can use the model form on the withdrawal page, but you do not have to.
- It is enough to send your statement before the end of the 14 days.
- We confirm receipt by email without delay, with the date and time of your request.
Refund
When a refund is due, we pay it within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. You pay no fee for the refund.
10. Refunds
- No refund once your request has been filed. From then on, the service is fully performed, as explained in section 9, whatever decision the platform, search engine or publisher makes. This is why we offer a free assessment before you pay.
- If you do not send the information we need, or if you take steps that go against our requests, we may pause the service. We tell you first by email.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as applied by the French Consumer Code or under the mandatory rules of your country.
11. Your obligations
- Give accurate information and the documents we reasonably need, and answer our questions within a reasonable time.
- Only ask us to act on content about you or your business, or content you may act on.
- Do not take other steps that go against the requests we have filed.
- Never send us intimate photos or videos, even as proof. Only send the links where they appear.
12. Requests we refuse, and methods we never use
We may refuse any request that is clearly abusive or unlawful, or that aims to hide information of real public interest. In particular, we do not help to:
- take down genuine, lawful customer reviews or fair criticism;
- hide evidence of fraud, crimes or ongoing court cases;
- silence lawful journalism.
- Requests concerning Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania or Cyprus: in these countries, filing such requests for clients is reserved to lawyers.
We never use illegal or misleading methods: no fake reviews, no fake accounts, no mass reporting, no false legal complaints, no hacking, no threats and no impersonation.
Content that involves a minor is never handled as a commercial case. We do not open, download or forward it, and we tell you to contact the police at once.
13. Confidentiality and your data
- Every case is confidential. We share your information only with the organisations that receive your requests, and only as much as each request needs. This duty continues after the service ends.
- We keep case files for 3 years after the case is closed, then delete them.
- We never store images of the content: we work with links only. Proof of identity is deleted once it has been used with the organisations concerned.
- Details are in our Privacy Policy.
14. Liability
For business clients, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. For all clients, we are not liable for:
- content that comes back after our work because of a third party;
- copies kept in archives or caches that the publisher does not control;
- changes in the platforms’ rules, wrong information given by the client, or force majeure.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, in particular towards consumers.
15. Ending the service
We may end a service if the client seriously breaches these terms, or if the request turns out to concern information of overriding public interest. We tell you in writing and refund the part of the price for work not done.
16. Complaints and consumer mediation
- Please first send us a written complaint by email ( ). We aim to answer within 7 days.
- If you are a consumer and our answer does not solve the problem, you can refer the dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator: La Société Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France, https://www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.
- You must contact the mediator within one year of your written complaint to us.
- Mediation is optional. You can always go to court instead.
17. Governing law and courts
- These terms are governed by French law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as applied by the French Consumer Code.
- If you are a consumer, choosing French law does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live (Rome I Regulation, Article 6).
- Disputes go to the courts of Paris for business clients; consumers may also go to the courts of the place where they live.
18. Language
These terms are written in English. If we publish them in another language, the English version is the reference in case of difference.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page on the date of your payment.
