Withdraw from your contract
Last updated: 9 October 2026
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you ordered to withdraw from your contract with NetClearer. You do not need to give a reason. This page explains how it works and lets you withdraw online.
How the right of withdrawal works
- 14 days. The period starts on the day the contract is made (the day your payment is confirmed).
- You asked us to start at once. Before payment, you ticked a box to ask us to start work before the end of the 14 days. We open your case on the same day.
- Once your request has been filed, the service is fully performed. When we have filed your request with the platform, website or search engine and informed you, the right of withdrawal ends. No refund once your request has been filed.
- Before that, you can withdraw. We refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the work already done (for example, the analysis of your links and the preparation of your request).
- Several requests in one order: requests already filed are performed; the price of the others is refunded, minus the work already done on them.
- Refund: within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
The full rules are in section 9 of our Terms of Service (EU Directive 2011/83/EU; French Consumer Code, Articles L221-18, L221-25 and L221-28).
