TikTok videos and accounts that target you
NetClearer reports TikTok videos and accounts that target you: clips filmed without consent, re-uploads of a deleted video, duets and stitches that mock you, fake accounts and private details in captions. We use TikTok’s Community Guidelines, its privacy form and EU notices under the Digital Services Act. €29 incl. VAT per link. TikTok decides.

Why TikTok cases spread fast
TikTok reaches 52% of adults in Spain, 42% in the Netherlands and 41% in Sweden in DataReportal’s 2026 figures (DataReportal Spain). Its algorithm can push a video from a small account to hundreds of thousands of viewers in a day. A teacher filmed in class, a shop worker filmed during an argument, a teenager whose video is reposted with mocking comments: the person shown often learns about it last.
What TikTok’s rules cover
- Privacy: videos that show your face, home, car plate, phone number or address without consent, especially of private people.
- Harassment and bullying: videos made to humiliate a person, including duets and stitches.
- Impersonation: accounts that use your name and photos.
- Sexual content and intimate images shared without consent; minors are protected by stricter rules. If a minor is involved, contact the police first.
- Re-uploads: the same video posted again by other accounts after a takedown.
Filming in public is not always forbidden, and TikTok weighs news value and public interest. A video of a politician at a rally will usually stay. A video of a private person, shot without consent and posted to mock them, is a different case.
Our steps on TikTok
- You send the video links and the account names. Copy each link from the share button; a screenshot alone is not enough.
- You sign a mandate and send ID, so TikTok knows the request comes from the person shown.
- We file through TikTok’s privacy and impersonation forms and, where content appears illegal, its EU form under DSA article 16.
- We search for re-uploads and report them as linked copies.
- We follow TikTok’s answers, use its appeal and the DSA internal complaint if needed, and ask Google to delist videos that appear for your name.
TikTok decides, at its own pace. NetClearer is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
Price
€29 incl. VAT per video or account, €69 incl. VAT for 3, €199 incl. VAT for 10. A viral video with many re-uploads may need a larger pack or a monthly plan with checks. No refund once your request has been filed.
Frequently asked questions
Someone filmed me in a shop and posted it. Can it come down?
Often yes, if you are a private person, clearly recognisable, and the video was posted to mock or expose you. We report it under TikTok’s privacy and harassment rules. If the video shows something of public interest, such as a crime, TikTok may keep it.
The video keeps coming back from new accounts. What can you do?
We report each copy and point out that it is a re-upload of content already judged. A monthly plan adds regular checks for new copies. Keep any messages that show the same person is behind the accounts; they help. TikTok decides on each copy separately.
Can I report it myself in the app?
Yes, and it is free. In-app reports work for clear cases. We add the privacy form with your ID, the DSA notice, the re-upload search, the appeal and the Google step, which a one-click report does not cover. Many people start in the app and contact us when it fails.
The video shows my child. What should I do?
Report it in the app at once and, if the video is sexual or abusive, contact the police first. For other videos, send us the link: privacy rules for minors are stricter, and we file with the parent’s mandate and ID.
