Zorgkaart Nederland reviews for care providers
NetClearer prepares and files reports for Dutch care providers who face fake, insulting or off-topic reviews on Zorgkaart Nederland. We write the request so that it never reveals patient data or medical details. GPs, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists and care homes use this service. €20 incl. VAT per review. Zorgkaart decides.

A platform patients read, and doctors question
Zorgkaart Nederland has about one million visitors a month. In 2024 it published 280,000 reviews, of which it says 80% were verified. On 22 April 2025 the medical specialists’ federation (FMS) and the Royal Dutch Medical Association (KNMG) left its advisory board, because they found that too many reviews could not be checked (NOS). Fake reviews about care providers were national news in the Netherlands in 2025.
For a practice, the problem is often a review from someone who was never a patient, a review written by an ex-colleague, or a text that attacks a named assistant in insulting words.
Medical secrecy comes first
A care provider cannot answer a review by saying “this patient never came” or “this patient missed three appointments”: that would reveal health data. Our requests are written around this limit. We describe the problem in neutral terms, for example that no care relationship matches the review, and offer to confirm details directly to the platform if it asks. We never send patient files to Zorgkaart or to us.
In 2018 a Dutch court ordered Zorgkaart to pay damages to a doctor because insulting comments stayed online (Emerce). That was a court case brought by a lawyer; for such a route, consult a lawyer. NetClearer is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
Reviews we report
- No care relationship: the author is not a patient or relative of a patient of the practice.
- Insults and personal attacks against a named care provider or staff member.
- Off-topic text, such as complaints about health insurance rules or another practice.
- Several reviews from one person under different names, after one conflict.
- Personal data of staff, such as a private phone number or home address.
We do not report a review because a patient is unhappy with a treatment, a waiting time or a bill. Those reviews are part of the platform’s purpose, and a polite public answer that respects secrecy is the right tool.
Steps and price
- You send the review link and tell us, without patient details, why the review seems wrong.
- You sign a mandate for the practice. We file the report through the provider’s account or Zorgkaart’s contact route.
- We follow up and send you Zorgkaart’s answer. Your case opens the same day you order.
€20 incl. VAT per review, €54 incl. VAT for 3, €149 incl. VAT for 10. No refund once your request has been filed. The same rules apply to your Google profile: see Google reviews.
Frequently asked questions
Can my practice be taken off Zorgkaart completely?
We do not offer that. Zorgkaart lists registered care providers so that patients can share experiences, and a full removal request is unlikely to succeed. We focus on reviews that break its rules. If your listing shows wrong personal data, such as an old home address, we can ask for a correction.
How do you prove a reviewer was never a patient without breaking secrecy?
We do not name or describe any patient. The request states that the practice has no care relationship matching the review and offers to confirm this to Zorgkaart directly if asked. Medical secrecy rules stay with you; we only handle the wording and the filing.
A review attacks my assistant by name. Is that a strong case?
Often yes. Personal attacks on a named staff member, especially with insults, go beyond a review of the care received. We quote the passage in the report. The assistant may also ask for her name to be removed under the GDPR; we can prepare that request for her to sign.
Do you work for care providers outside the Netherlands?
Yes. In Poland, doctors and dentists face similar problems on ZnanyLekarz, and we have a page for that platform. In every country we serve, we can also handle reviews on a practice’s Google profile. Medical secrecy rules apply in every case.
