Poland: ZnanyLekarz, Google reviews and CEIDG copies
Doctors and dentists: a portal needs more than a business interest to keep your profile, said the Supreme Administrative Court. NetClearer files GDPR requests and review reports on ZnanyLekarz, reports fake Google reviews, and asks aleo.com, rejestr.io and Google to drop old CEIDG data. €20 incl. VAT per review, €29 incl. VAT per link.

Poland in figures
Polish residents have sent Google 63,002 delisting requests since 2014, and 6,038 in the last 12 months. Google delisted 48.3% of the requested URLs (Google’s own figures since 2014, Transparency Report). Google handles about 90% of searches and Bing 7.4%.
Poland is a Facebook country: Facebook reaches 49% of the population in ad audience figures, and its chat app 41% (DataReportal). Local Facebook groups and the Wykop forum are where businesses and professionals are discussed, sometimes in harsh words.
Doctors, dentists and ZnanyLekarz
ZnanyLekarz is the largest patient–doctor platform in Poland. Two lines of case law matter for professionals there:
- Profiles: in case III OSK 1052/21 the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) said business activity alone is not a legal basis for processing a doctor’s data. A regional court then upheld a UODO order to delete a dentist’s data (not final when reported). ZnanyLekarz may still claim a legitimate interest, so we promise nothing on profiles.
- Reviews: on 20 March 2025 the Warsaw Court of Appeal held that, once notified, the platform must prove a comment true or block it. Courts also say a doctor “must count on being rated, also harshly”.

Google reviews: Poland’s busiest niche
Polish firms that charge only after a review is gone ask 199 to 500 PLN net per review, about €57 to €118. Fake reviews are also sold openly, at about 20 PLN each (Spider's Web), and the competition authority UOKiK fined an agency 40,000 PLN for selling them in 2023. We report fake reviews under Google’s policy for €20 incl. VAT per request: Google reviews.
Sole traders: CEIDG copies
The CEIDG register of sole traders keeps your data even after you close your business. Private sites copy it: aleo.com has a deletion form with an answer in 30 days (aleo help), while rejestr.io receives about 300 deletion requests a year and grants only a few. We file a GDPR request with each copy and ask Google to delist the pages for your name. See company-data sites.
Press archives
In 2025 the NSA said that GDPR article 17 can be an independent basis to ask for removal from digital press archives, and that the data protection authority (UODO) cannot refuse such complaints automatically because of the press exemption (Rynek Zdrowia). We use this in requests to publishers: old news articles.
UODO, courts and our role
UODO received 6,962 complaints in 2023 and can be slow. We prepare complaints; you sign and send them. Claims for personal rights (Civil Code arts. 23–24) and defamation cases go to court with a lawyer. In Poland, legal help outside court is not reserved to lawyers, but NetClearer is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
Price: €20 incl. VAT per review request, €29 incl. VAT per link. Stripe can show the amount in złoty; The payment page shows the methods available to you. No refund once your request has been filed. A Polish version of this site is available (polski).
Frequently asked questions
Can you get my ZnanyLekarz profile deleted?
We can file a strong GDPR request using the NSA ruling, but we cannot promise the outcome. ZnanyLekarz may claim a legitimate interest, and the final word may belong to UODO or a court. We tell you this before you order, and we offer review reports as a more predictable first step.
Why are you cheaper than Polish review agencies?
Because we charge for the work, not for the outcome. Agencies paid only on success must cover their failed cases in the price of the successful ones. We file, follow up and report for a fixed €20 incl. VAT per review. Google decides either way.
My business is closed. Why is my data still on aleo.com?
Closing a business does not delete the CEIDG entry, and copy sites keep their own pages. Each site must be asked. aleo.com has a deletion form; rejestr.io grants few requests. We file with both and ask Google to delist what remains.
Do you handle Facebook group posts in Poland?
Yes. Posts in public or private groups can be reported to Meta when they break its rules: harassment, personal data, false information about a person. We prepare the reports and, for public posts, a Google delisting request. See our Facebook page.
