About us
The internet does not forget. We help you ask it to.
NetClearer prepares and files requests to take down or delist harmful content and personal information: fake reviews, old articles, personal data on directory sites, fake accounts and leaked images. We file at the source and with search engines, under your written mandate. The platform or the search engine decides.

NetClearer’s figures since 2021, mostly from clients in France (netclearer.fr). netclearer.eu now serves 13 European countries.
Our story
SUPER WEBMASTER was founded in Paris in 2018 by Pierre Billard. It started as a web development and SEO agency. Then Pierre published an article on how to disappear from the internet. Many people wrote to him for help. Being visible online is useful, but it can also become a burden, and sometimes a danger.
NetClearer was launched in March 2021 to answer that need. Since then, it has helped more than 2,000 clients, mostly in France and in other French-speaking countries (netclearer.fr). netclearer.eu brings the same method to people and businesses in other European countries, in English.
Where we work
netclearer.eu serves clients who live in these countries:
- Netherlands, Belgium (Flanders), Spain, Ireland;
- Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway;
- Poland, Italy, Portugal;
- Estonia, Latvia.
In Italy and Portugal, legal advice is reserved to lawyers. There, under your written mandate, we fill in the forms of Google and the platforms and contact website owners, to have content delisted from Google and/or removed at the source. We give no legal consultation on your case.
We do not take clients who live in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania or Cyprus. In these countries, the law allows only lawyers to file such requests for other people for pay. We respect that.
Our sister sites:
- netclearer.fr: for French speakers (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Canada);
- netclearer.asia: for clients in Asia.
Our founder
Pierre Billard, founder and CEO, is a former military officer. He became a web developer and then a specialist in content removal requests. He checks how every case is assessed, whatever its budget. He is trained in data protection (the GDPR course of the CNIL, the French data protection authority) and in open-source investigation (OSINT).
“I prefer to announce a limit at the start rather than a failure at the end.”

Our commitments
- Honesty first. A free assessment before you order, if you want one. A clear answer when a request has little chance.
- Clear prices in euros, incl. VAT, published before you order.
- Only fair methods: the platforms’ own rules and your rights under the law (for example the GDPR). Never fake reviews, fake accounts, mass reporting or hacking.
- The platform decides. We prepare and file your request and follow it up. We never promise a result.
- Strict confidentiality. We share your information only with the organisations that receive your requests.
- Your safety comes first. We never ask for intimate images. Links are enough.
- We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. When you need a lawyer, we tell you.
