Forocoches threads about you or your business

NetClearer handles Forocoches threads that name people and businesses in Spain: exposed personal data, viral complaints, rumours and photos. We report posts that break the forum’s rules and file *derecho al olvido* (right to be forgotten) delisting requests with Google under Spanish and EU law. €29 incl. VAT per link. Forocoches and Google decide.

Spain’s biggest forum

Forocoches was founded in 2003 as a car forum and became the largest Spanish-language forum, with around 28 million visits a month (Semrush). Membership is by invitation, and member estimates range from 640,000 to about one million (Genbeta). Its threads move fast and rank well on Google. A post about a bad landlord, a restaurant, an employer or a person in a viral video can gather thousands of replies in hours, with photos, names and sometimes addresses.

Two routes

The forum. Forocoches has its own rules and moderators. Posts that publish a private person’s personal data or intimate images, or that threaten someone, are the strongest cases for a report. Ordinary criticism and debate usually stay.

Google. Spain’s data protection law gives the right to be forgotten in search engines (LOPDGDD art. 93) and in social networks and similar services (art. 94) (BOE). Google delisted 43.5% of URLs requested from Spain since 2014 (Google’s own figure, Transparency Report): good arguments and documents matter.

Our steps

  1. You send the thread links and the Google searches where they appear.
  2. You sign a mandate under LOPDGDD art. 12 (voluntary representative) and send ID.
  3. We report the posts that break the forum’s rules, the same day you order.
  4. We file a delisting request with Google for each thread that appears for your name, explaining why it is outdated, excessive or inaccurate.
  5. If a request is refused and the case is strong, we prepare a complaint to the AEPD, the Spanish data protection authority; you sign and send it.

We never post in threads, create accounts or send fake legal notices. NetClearer is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

Price and limits

€29 incl. VAT per thread or link, €69 incl. VAT for 3. Criticism of a business’s service is usually protected opinion. Recent threads about a public controversy are harder to delist. No refund once your request has been filed. These routes rely on EU law and apply to people living in the EU, not in Latin America.

Frequently asked questions

Will Forocoches delete the thread?

Sometimes it removes posts that break its rules, such as personal data of a private person. It rarely removes whole threads about a debate. We report what fits and focus on Google delisting, which removes the thread from searches for your name.

A thread shares a viral video of me. What can I do?

Report the video at its source, for example TikTok or Instagram, and the thread on Forocoches. Then ask Google to delist both for your name. We file all of these in one case, at €29 incl. VAT per link. Keep the original video link; it helps to find copies.

My business is criticised in a thread. Can it be delisted?

The right to be forgotten protects people, not companies. If the thread names you personally, shares your private data or states false facts you can disprove, there may be a case. Ordinary criticism of a business usually stays. We say so before you order.

What is the AEPD and when do we need it?

The AEPD is Spain’s data protection authority. If Google or a site refuses a well-founded request, you can complain to it. It received a record 30,931 complaints in 2025, so it takes time. We prepare the complaint; you sign and send it.
