Your address, phone number and records on people-search sites
NetClearer handles personal data published by people-search sites, directories and company-data copies in our European countries: Ratsit, MrKoll and Lexbase in Sweden, Krak in Denmark, 1881 in Norway, Fonecta in Finland, Drimble or SoloCheck elsewhere. We file GDPR requests, explain the steps only you can do, and ask Google to delist. €29 incl. VAT per site.

Who comes to us
A nurse in Gothenburg whose home address, age and income appear on three Swedish sites, next to a map. A police officer who wants his family out of search results, as his union advises (Polisförbundet). A Dutch freelancer whose home address was hidden at the Chamber of Commerce in 2022, but still sits on directory sites. An Irish company director who does not want her home address next to her name. A woman leaving a violent partner who needs her new address to stay unknown.
Each of them has the same problem: the data was collected from an official source, then copied by private sites that do not update it and rank well on Google.
Choose your case
Sweden has the most active people-search market in Europe, with its own rules; company data has its own logic too. Pick the page that fits.

Steps only you can take
Some sites let you hide yourself with an electronic ID: BankID in Sweden, MitID in Denmark. Others work through your phone operator, as in Finland. These steps prove that you are you, so nobody else may do them for you, and we do not try. You do this step with your own BankID or MitID; we tell you exactly how and handle the rest: the sites without a self-service, the GDPR letters, the follow-up and Google.
Self-service hiding is often temporary. Ratsit hides you for 12 months only, MrKoll hides the street address for 30 days unless you ask for deletion, and Danish CPR protection lasts one year before you renew it. Our monthly plans include reminders and repeat requests.
What we do
- We search your name and address and list every site that shows them, with the route for each.
- You sign a mandate and send ID. We send the GDPR requests the same day you order, citing art. 17 and 21 and, where it applies, the fact that the official source no longer publishes the data.
- We send you a short guide for the self-service steps and check afterwards that they worked.
- We ask Google to delist the pages that remain for your name, and report back.
Limits
- Official registers stay. Company registers, the CPR, tax authorities and courts follow their own laws. We work on the private copies.
- Some sites claim press freedom. In Sweden, many hold a publishing certificate. The EU Court ruling of 9 July 2026 limits that shield, but it is a new right, being tested; sites may still refuse.
- Tax lists in Norway and Finland cannot be removed. In Norway you can see who searched for you; in Finland courts allow the media to publish tax data.
- If you are in danger, contact the police and ask your municipality about a protected address first. We can help with the online part after that.
NetClearer is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Price: €29 incl. VAT per site, €199 incl. VAT for 10. No refund once your request has been filed.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t you hide me on Ratsit or Merinfo directly?
Because these sites ask you to log in with BankID, which proves who you are. Using someone else’s BankID is not allowed, and we never ask for it. You do the short self-service step; we send you a guide, handle the sites without self-service and ask Google to delist what remains.
My data came back after a year. Is that normal?
On some sites, yes. Ratsit’s hiding lasts 12 months, and sites refresh their data from official sources. A one-time action is often not enough. A monthly or annual plan lets us check your name regularly, remind you to renew the self-service steps and file new requests when the data returns.
Can you remove my address from Google Maps or Street View?
Those are different Google tools with their own blur and report forms. Send us the link and we tell you what fits. This page is about websites that list people by name with their address, phone number, age or income.
Do you work for people outside Sweden?
Yes. We serve the Netherlands, Flanders, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Latvia. Each country has different sites and different self-service steps, shown in the table on this page and on each country page. The price is the same in every country.
