Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Protecting privacy is our job, so we take yours seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and how you can use your rights. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller (the company that decides how your data is used) is SUPER WEBMASTER (Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (French simplified joint-stock company), RCS Paris, SIRET 884 336 397 00010), 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. It runs netclearer.eu under the NetClearer brand.
Privacy contact: Pierre Billard, by email: (subject: “Privacy”).
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject, the links you send, your message and how you found us.
- Orders: your name, email address, country of residence, the service ordered and the date. Payment is handled by Stripe: we receive the amount, the plan, the date and the last digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Case information: the links to the content, the platform concerned, your description of the situation, your signed mandate and, where needed, proof that you are the person concerned or may act for them.
- Withdrawal form: your name, email address, order reference or date, your message, and the date and time we received it.
- Review form: your pseudonym, rating, review and, only if you give it, your email address. To fight spam and abuse, your IP address and country are included in the moderation email we receive. A keyed fingerprint of your IP address (a coded value, not the address itself) is kept for up to 30 days to limit repeated reviews.
- Emails you send us.
- Technical data: see sections 4 and 9 (security check, visit statistics without cookies).
Some cases involve sensitive information: for example intimate images, health, or past criminal cases. We process it only as far as your request needs it, with your explicit consent, and only to help you use your own rights. We never ask for intimate photos or videos, and you should never send them: links are enough. We never store images of the content.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To handle your case (assessment, requests, follow-up): the contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); your explicit consent for sensitive information (Article 9(2)(a)).
- To answer your questions before you order: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To take payment, issue invoices and keep accounts: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To handle withdrawals, complaints and disputes: legal obligation and our legitimate interest in proving what happened (Article 6(1)(c) and (f)).
- To publish and moderate reviews: your consent when you send a review (Article 6(1)(a)); our legitimate interest in stopping spam (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the website secure and count visits without cookies: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising profiles. We make no automated decisions about you.
4. Who receives it
- The organisations that receive your requests (platforms, search engines, website owners, publishers), only as much as each request needs.
- Our service providers, who process data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare (website hosting, security, storage of reviews, visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and the invisible Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms, under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum);
- Stripe (payments, receipts and invoices);
- Netlify (passes the messages from our forms on to our mailbox);
- Hostinger (our email provider, which receives and stores those messages);
- Google (the Places service gives us our public Google rating, shown on this site; no visitor data is sent to Google for this).
- Our consumer mediator, if you refer a dispute to it.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
We are based in France. Some providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, Netlify, Google) are American companies and may process data in the United States. These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework when the provider is certified under it, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Case files: 3 years after the case is closed.
- Proof of identity: deleted once it has been used with the organisations concerned.
- Images of the content: never stored.
- Accounting records (invoices, payments): 10 years, as French law requires (Commercial Code, Article L123-22).
- Withdrawal requests: kept with the case file.
- Messages from people who did not become clients: 3 years after the last contact.
- Review fingerprints: 30 days. Published reviews stay online until you ask us to delete them.
7. Security
Only the people who handle a case can open it. Data travels over encrypted connections. We use organisational and technical measures that fit the sensitivity of the data.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy;
- have wrong data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- limit how we use it;
- object to uses based on our legitimate interest;
- receive the data you gave us in a common format (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
- give instructions about your data after your death (a right under French law).
To use these rights, write to us by email ( ). We answer within one month. We may ask you to prove your identity. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr) or the data protection authority of your country.
9. Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. Our visit statistics
(Cloudflare Web Analytics) use no cookies. One functional cookie, site_choice, remembers for 12
months that you chose a site, so we do not suggest another one again. To make that suggestion, our host,
Cloudflare, estimates your country from your IP address; we do not store it. When you pay, Stripe’s payment
page may use cookies needed for security and fraud prevention, as explained in
Stripe’s privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
