Review management for businesses in Europe
NetClearer checks your review profiles on Google, Trustpilot, Kiyoh, Tripadvisor and other platforms, reports the reviews that appear to break each platform’s rules, and keeps a written record of every request. For chains, clinics, webshops and agencies in our European countries. Single requests cost €20 incl. VAT; monthly plans start at €79 incl. VAT.

Who needs ongoing review work
One fake review is a nuisance. A steady flow is a management problem. A dental group with six clinics in Poland gets several suspicious ratings a month. A Dutch webshop sees one-star reviews from people who never ordered each time a competitor runs a sale. A Spanish hotel chain wants every review that names a staff member reported within days. A Swedish restaurant owner simply has no time left after service.
For these businesses, the question is not one request but a routine: who checks the profiles, who decides what to report, who keeps the evidence, who follows the answers.
What the service includes
- Regular checks of the profiles you name: Google Business Profiles, Trustpilot, Kiyoh or Klantenvertellen, Tripadvisor, Zorgkaart, ZnanyLekarz, Glassdoor.
- A clear list each period: new reviews that appear to break a rule, with the rule, and reviews that are negative but genuine, which we leave alone.
- Reports and appeals for the first group, filed under your mandate with the evidence you provide, such as order or booking data.
- Pattern detection: several reviews from new accounts, similar wording, a wave after a dispute. Patterns support rating-manipulation reports and help if you go to the police or a lawyer.
- A written record: what was filed, when, on which ground, and the platform’s answer. You can show it to your management or insurer.
What EU law expects from your business
Since 28 May 2022 the Omnibus Directive bans submitting, ordering or misrepresenting reviews, and businesses that publish reviews must say whether and how they check them (EUR-Lex). Fines for widespread breaches can reach 4% of annual turnover in the countries concerned, or €2 million when turnover is unknown. Spain’s Ley 10/2025 adds a 30-day rule for reviews on a business’s own channels. In Poland, the competition authority UOKiK fined an agency 40,000 PLN in 2023 for selling fake reviews.
So we never buy, write or reward reviews, we never ask staff to post them, and we never hide genuine negative reviews on your own site. Our work is the other side: making sure fake or abusive reviews against you are reported properly. NetClearer is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
How it starts
- You list your profiles and send links to the reviews that worry you most. We give you a free first view.
- You sign a mandate for the business and add us as a manager or user where the platform allows it. We never need passwords.
- We open the case the same day you order, file the urgent reports first, then set the routine.
- Each period you receive the list and the record. You decide on any borderline case.

Frequently asked questions
Do you reply to reviews for us?
We focus on reports and appeals. Public replies speak in your name and tone, so they are best written by you. On request we point out which reviews deserve a reply, and we can suggest neutral wording for replies on reviews we have reported.
Can you promise a number of reviews taken down each month?
No. Each platform decides on each report, and we cannot control that. Any seller who promises a fixed number of removals is promising something it does not decide. We promise the work: checks, reports, appeals and a clear record. You see every request and every answer.
We have branches in several countries. Can you cover all of them?
Yes, for branches in the countries we serve: the Netherlands, Flanders, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Latvia. Branches in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania or Cyprus are outside our service, because local law reserves this work to lawyers.
What if we are under a coordinated fake-review attack?
Then speed and documentation matter most. We report the reviews in a group, with the pattern described, and keep a record for the police or a lawyer. Read our page on fake review attacks for the steps to take on the first day.
