What one link means

One link is one address we act on: a web page, a post, a video, a profile, a forum thread, or a Google result for your name. A thread on Flashback and the Google result that shows it count as two links when we file two requests (one to the forum, one to Google). An article where we write to the publisher and file the matching Google request counts as one link.

A review request is one review on one platform, such as Google, Trustpilot, Kiyoh, Tripadvisor, Glassdoor, Zorgkaart or ZnanyLekarz.

These are the same prices as on netclearer.fr, our French site, shown incl. VAT. There are no struck-through prices and no file fee.

Why a fixed price instead of pay-on-success

You pay for the work, not for a result we cannot control: Google or the platform decides. Agencies that charge only on success include the cost of failed cases in a higher price. On public price pages in October 2026, such agencies asked €75 to €495 per Google review in the Netherlands and 199 to 500 PLN net in Poland. UK agencies serving Ireland asked from £450 plus VAT per delisting request.

Before you pay, we can look at your links for free and tell you honestly if a request has little chance. Read how we work for what we do and never do.

Withdrawal and refunds

No refund once your request has been filed. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. If you ask us to start at once, you lose that right when your request has been filed and you have been informed; if you withdraw before, you pay only for the work already done.

Before payment, you tick a box asking us to start immediately. After payment, you receive an email that confirms your order and this choice. To withdraw, use the link Withdraw from contract here in the footer of every page and in your order emails, or go straight to the withdrawal form. For monthly and annual plans, the withdrawal right applies to the first order, and you can stop the renewal as set out in our terms.

Payment and invoice

• Secure payment by Stripe: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment page shows the methods available to you in your country. Swish is not available.
• Your currency: prices are set in euros. Stripe can show the amount in złoty, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian kroner, with a small exchange fee.
• Invoice by email, sent automatically after payment, from SUPER WEBMASTER, Paris.
• Case opened the same day you order. Platform and Google review times are their own.

We serve the Netherlands, Flanders, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Latvia. We do not take orders from Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania or Cyprus. French speakers order on netclearer.fr. Disputes: our terms name the consumer mediator SMP.
