How we work: open methods, your mandate, honest limits

NetClearer prepares and files removal and delisting requests in your name, under a signed mandate, with the platforms, websites and search engines concerned. We use their published rules and EU law, follow up and report every answer. We never fake complaints, buy reviews or promise results that others decide. Prices are fixed and shown incl. VAT.

Who we are

NetClearer is a brand of SUPER WEBMASTER, a French simplified joint-stock company based at 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris, founded by Pierre Billard (profile in French). NetClearer has handled online removal requests since March 2021, first in France on netclearer.fr, then in Asia and now in Europe. Company details, registration and VAT number are on our legal notice and about pages.

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We do not represent anyone in court or before a data protection authority.

What we do

  • Check each link against the platform’s rules and the law that may apply, and tell you before you pay if a request has little chance.
  • Prepare and file requests under your signed mandate, with a copy of your ID: Google review reports and appeals, Google delisting forms, GDPR erasure and objection requests (art. 17 and 21) to the source, platform reports, notices under the Digital Services Act (art. 16).
  • Follow up: deadlines, reminders, appeals, new requests when new facts appear.
  • Report each step and each answer to you in writing.

What you do, with our help

Some steps can only be taken by you. We prepare them and tell you exactly what to do:

  • Complaints to a data protection authority (AP, GBA, AEPD, IMY, UODO, DPC, Datatilsynet, AKI, DVI and others). EU law reserves representation to non-profit bodies (GDPR art. 80): we prepare the complaint; you sign and send it.
  • Self-service steps with your electronic ID: BankID on Swedish people-search sites, MitID for Danish name and address protection.
  • Changes with your phone operator, such as hiding your number from Fonecta in Finland or reserving on 1881 in Norway.
  • Press council complaints where the form must come from you.

What we never do

  • We never write, buy or reward reviews, and never ask anyone to post reviews for you.
  • We never send fake copyright notices, fake legal complaints or invented court orders, and never create fake websites or articles to push results down.
  • We never claim that content is illegal or defamatory: we describe facts and cite the rule that appears to apply; the platform, Google or a court decides.
  • We never ask for your passwords and never log in to your accounts.
  • We never file genuine negative reviews as fake. Real customers may share real experiences.
  • We never promise a result or a date that belongs to someone else.

These methods were not invented for this page. In Spain, journalists exposed in 2023 a firm that used fake copyright notices and fake news sites (Forbidden Stories). In the Netherlands and Belgium, scammers post fake reviews and then sell their removal. We want to be the opposite: visible, named, and honest about limits.

Where we work

We serve residents and businesses of the Netherlands, Flanders, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Latvia. In Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania and Cyprus, filing such requests for others and for pay is reserved to lawyers, so we do not serve them. In Italy and Portugal, advice on the law is reserved to lawyers: there we fill in Google’s and the platforms’ forms and write to website owners under your written mandate, without advising you on your case. French speakers are served by netclearer.fr. See countries.

Your data

We collect only what a request needs: the links, your ID, your mandate, and evidence you choose to send. For intimate images we need links only, never the images. We share your data only with the platform, website or search engine that receives a request. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep case files and your rights under the GDPR.

Prices are fixed and shown incl. VAT on the pricing page, from €29 per link and €20 per review request. No refund once your request has been filed; you have 14 days to withdraw before that.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you need a signed mandate?

Because we file requests in your name. Platforms, websites and Google may check that a request comes from the person concerned or from someone they authorised. The mandate lists exactly what you allow us to file, and you can end it at any time.

Is it legal to use a service like yours?

In the countries we serve, a company that is not a law firm may file platform reports and GDPR requests under a client’s mandate. The GDPR accepts requests through authorised third parties. Where national law reserves this work to lawyers, we do not offer it.

Can I do all this myself?

Yes. Every route we use is open to you for free: report buttons, Google’s forms, GDPR requests, DSA notices. We save you the time, pick the right grounds, add evidence, track deadlines and file again when needed. If you prefer to do it yourself, our pages explain the routes.

Who decides in the end?

The platform, the website, Google, a data protection authority or a court, depending on the route. Never us. That is why we sell the handling of a request at a fixed price and never an outcome. If anyone else promises a result on our behalf, it is not us.
