Fake or defamatory Google reviews
A review from someone who was never a customer, or a review with insults or false facts. We report it under the Google policy it appears to break.
Online content removal · Europe
NetClearer prepares and files your requests about fake reviews, personal data, old news, leaked images and fake accounts. We ask the site to remove the content, then ask Google to delist it, under the GDPR and each platform’s rules. Prices start at €29 incl. VAT per link: order online, or ask for a free assessment first.
These are NetClearer’s own figures since 2021, mostly from clients in France (netclearer.fr). Each case is different: Google or the platform decides.

A review from someone who was never a customer, or a review with insults or false facts. We report it under the Google policy it appears to break.
Your home address on a directory or on a copy of the company register, after the source has hidden it. We ask each copy to erase it.
An old article or court decision under your name, on a news site or on a site like Lexbase in Sweden. We ask the site, then Google.
Results for your name that are outdated or no longer relevant. We file Google’s EU privacy form with your ID and the right explanation.
Intimate or private images shared without your consent. Never send us the images: links are enough. If a minor is involved, contact the police first.
A profile that uses your name or photos on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or another platform. We report it with the proof the platform asks for.
Choose your problem. Each page explains what the platform and EU law allow, how we file the request and what it costs incl. VAT.
Fake, abusive or off-topic reviews on Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Glassdoor and local sites: we prepare and file the report under each platform’s rules and EU law.
Ask Google to stop showing outdated, inaccurate or excessive results for your name, under the EU right to be forgotten. We prepare, file and follow up the request.
Ask the website, platform or database that holds your data to erase it, under GDPR articles 17 and 21. We draft, file and chase the request under your mandate.
Your address, phone number, income or old judgments on people-search sites, directories and company-data copies: requests to each site, self-service steps explained, Google delisting.
Intimate photos or videos shared without your consent: reports to every platform and host, and Google delisting, from links only. You never send us the images.
Thirteen European countries, each with its own sites, laws and data protection authority: choose yours to see the local routes we use for reviews, delisting and personal data.
A request filed under the wrong rule is often refused. We know which policy applies on Google, Trustpilot, social media and people-search sites, what proof each one asks for, and what to do after a refusal.
See all platformsRequests about Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania or Cyprus are not accepted: there, only lawyers may file them for clients.
We work in this order: first the site that publishes the content, then Google. This way the content does not simply move somewhere else.
01
We ask the website, the platform or its host to delete or correct the content: a review, a profile, a post, an article or a copy of your data. We use the platform’s rules, a Digital Services Act notice or a GDPR erasure request. If the site agrees, the original goes offline, and search engines drop it when they update.
02
If the site refuses or does not answer, we file Google’s EU privacy form and request delisting under your right to be forgotten. Google decides. If it accepts, the page stays online, but it no longer appears when people search for your name.
Order the plan that fits and send us the links, or send them first for a free assessment. You sign a short mandate and send an ID document: Google and many sites ask for it.
We open your case the same day you order. We prepare and file each request at the source and with Google, under the right rule and with the evidence it needs.
Google or the platform decides, on its own timing: for a Google review, usually 48 h to 7 days (an estimate). We follow up, appeal or file again if needed, and report each decision to you.
The same prices as NetClearer in France, in euros incl. VAT. You pay for the work: preparing, filing and following up your requests. Google or the platform decides.
Each request we file rests on the platform’s own rules and on EU law. These rules apply in every country we serve.
GDPR · Art. 17 and 21
You can ask a site to erase personal data about you that is no longer needed or used without a valid reason. Exceptions protect freedom of expression.
CJEU · C-131/12 · 2014
Google must consider your request to delist results for your name that are inadequate, irrelevant or no longer relevant. The page itself stays at the source.
CJEU · C-460/20 · 2022
When content about you is clearly inaccurate, you give the evidence that can reasonably be asked for. A court decision is not needed first.
DSA · Art. 16 and 20
Since 17 February 2024, platforms must accept notices about illegal content from any person, and offer an appeal against their decision.
Directive (EU) 2019/2161
Since 28 May 2022, posting or ordering fake reviews is banned across the EU. Google still applies its own policy to each review.
Deadlines
A site that receives a GDPR erasure request must answer within one month (two more months for complex cases). If it does not, we prepare a complaint to the data protection authority: you sign and send it.
NetClearer is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We prepare and file requests under your signed mandate. When a case needs a court, we tell you, and you can contact a lawyer in your country.
We serve people and businesses in the Netherlands, Flanders (Belgium), Spain, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia and Latvia. In Italy and Portugal, we fill in Google’s and the platforms’ forms and contact website owners under your written mandate; we give no legal consultation. We do not accept requests about Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania or Cyprus: there, only lawyers may file them for clients.
No, and nobody honest can promise that. Google or the platform decides. Content that breaks its rules or your data protection rights often qualifies. Genuine negative reviews stay. If you are not sure, ask for the free assessment first: we tell you what can be filed and on which grounds.
We open your case the same day you order. After that, the platform’s own timing applies. Google usually decides on a review in 48 h to 7 days (an estimate). Delisting and requests to websites can take several weeks: a site has one month to answer a GDPR request.
Prices are public and include VAT: €29 per link and €20 per review request, less in packs. You pay for the work, not for a result we cannot control: Google decides. Agencies that charge only on success include the cost of failed cases in a higher price.
Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw. If you ask us to start at once, you lose that right when your request has been filed and you have been informed. If you withdraw before, you pay only for the work already done. No refund once your request has been filed.

Google’s EU privacy form asks for an ID document, and websites may check that we act for you. Your signed mandate lets us file requests in your name. We use your ID only for your own requests.
Yes. Only the team handling your case sees your data, and we process it under the GDPR. We never contact the author of the content without your approval. For intimate images, never send us the images: links are enough.
Most platform reports do not show your name to the author. Some requests, such as a GDPR request to a website, are made in your name. We always tell you before we use them.
